Express Employment is seeking a Inspector to team up with our client in the Pittsburgh area!
Monday - Friday
7 am - 3 pm
Starting pay - $17-$25 Depending on Experience

Responsibilities for Quality Inspector:
- Set up and use micrometers, calipers, contour gauges, feeler gauges, height gauges, and other custom gauges to inspect glassware for quality and accuracy.
- Review current inspection sheets, drawings, and work instructions to determine the criteria for glassware inspection.
- Properly identify flaws or defects in glassware and document them accordingly.
- Identify opportunities for glassware to be reformed or repaired to meet quality standards.
- Perform minor repairs on glassware as needed to ensure product quality.
- Accurately complete ware cards, inspection reports, and other necessary records.
- Maintain data integrity and promptly notify supervisors of any discrepancies or issues found during inspections.
Requirements:
- Previous experience using micrometers, calipers, contour gauges, feeler gauges, height gauges, and other custom gauges to inspect glassware for quality and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
- Ability to work in a high-temperature environment and handle physical tasks.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 LB
- Must have valid Drivers licenses
