Paula began her journey with Express in 2009 as an Outside Sales Representative, quickly establishing herself as a driven and dedicated professional. In 2016, she took the next big step in her career by opening the Westmoreland Fayette office, showcasing her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for serving local businesses. Her commitment to excellence and community engagement was further demonstrated in 2022 when she became the proud owner of the Pittsburgh East office.
