Erin joined our team in June 2024 and brings a fresh perspective to the staffing industry. Prior to her role with us, she spent three years as a flight attendant, where she developed exceptional customer service skills and the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.

Now serving as our Front Office Coordinator and handling payroll, Erin is a vital part of our team. Her strong tech-savvy skills make her an asset in managing office systems and ensuring smooth operations. Erin’s enthusiasm for learning and her dedication to helping others make her a key player in our office as she works to streamline processes and enhance the overall experience for our clients and team members. Cameron Wright

Operations Manager

Cameron Wright is an experienced Employment Specialist at Express Employment, bringing three years of expertise in connecting talent with opportunities. Originally from Indiana, Cameron started his journey with Express in Baldwin County, Alabama, and recently transitioned to the Pittsburgh East Express Office in August 2024.

Before joining Express, Cameron served in the U.S. Army from 2010 to 2014, completing a tour in Afghanistan. His professional background also includes hands-on experience in the manufacturing and production sectors. He worked at Subaru of Indiana Automotive on the engine assembly line and later at Textron Systems in Baltimore, where he played a key role in assembling military drones and refurbishing engines.

A proud Army veteran, Cameron brings his military discipline and diverse industrial experience into his work, helping job seekers find meaningful employment. Outside of work, Cameron is a passionate Philadelphia Eagles fan, and he enjoys spending time with his wife and their four children.

Always ready to lend a hand, Shelly excels at being a supportive influence, both personally and professionally.

Shelly joined the Express team in November 2024, and in her short time with us, she has already proven to be an invaluable asset. Her diverse background and hands-on approach have allowed her to connect with both clients and coworkers, creating an atmosphere of trust and teamwork.
