Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Manager to oversee recruiting, compliance, employee relations, and performance management. This position is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven setting.
Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8am-5pm

Key Responsibilities:
- HR Administration & Compliance: Develop policies, ensure legal compliance, manage employee records, payroll, benefits, workers' compensation, and OSHA reporting.
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage recruitment, collaborate with department heads to meet staffing needs, and oversee successful onboarding.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Advise on HR issues, foster a positive culture, and address concerns, disputes, and employee engagement.
- Performance Management & Training: Oversee performance evaluations, coach managers, and coordinate skill-building programs.
- Compensation & Benefits: Ensure accurate payroll and benefits administration, recommend compensation structures, and resolve employee inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a small to mid-sized company.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance.
- Experience in home services, construction, healthcare, or accessibility is a plus.
- Proficiency in HR software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, BambooHR).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
