Do you have knowledge in the HVAC field? Enjoy working with customers and comfortable with sales? Express Employment Professionals is seeking a General Branch Manager for a State College HVAC Distributor specializing in heating, cooling and refrigeration equipment and products.
* $75k - $85k/year + 30% bonus

* Seeking a Branch Manager to oversee branch personnel, supervise branch operations and ensure efficient operation on a day-to-day basis. Provide customer service. Generate sales, add on and upsell. Responsible for the store P&L assuring profitability. Maintain inventory levels, handle warranty issues, perform annual performance staff reviews. Provide customer follow ups and resolve problems. Maintain appearance of branch, perform cycle counts and physical inventories. Assist outside sales in identifying customers. Other clerical duties as needed.
* Prefer candidates with some HVAC knowledge or customer service or sales experience in a related field. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. Excellent communication skills, proficient computer skills. Some experience supervising others and possess leadership skills. Seeking candidates that are sales and profit driven and want to help this company succeed.
