We are hiring manufacturing technicians for our client in Jefferson, PA. The basic function of this position is to fabricate an in-tolerance finished conveyor belt.
Pay rate is $16.47 per hour.
These are Evaluation Hire positions that lead to permanent employment with regular performance evaluations and opportunities for pay increases. The client also offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Prior machine operator experience
- Ability to read and comprehend shop orders and working drawings
- Experience using hand tools to read and interpret tape measures, calipers, and scales
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide fractions, decimals, and metric system
- Must have a consistent work history and good attendance record
Duties:
- Complete shop orders to specification
- Complete assigned work without errors to quality standards, as well as specifications
- Perform regular housekeeping of the work station assigned
- Clarify unusual or uncommon fabrication instructions
- Provide assistance as required
- Other duties as assigned
