Express is hiring Tax Payer Service Reps in Murrysville!
Call Center Experience REQUIRED!
- 8am- 4pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
- 11am- 7pm – Thursday

Duties:
- Data entry
- Administrative duties
- Answer customer calls
- Customer service
- Resolve customer complaints
- Add new and modify accounts
- Handle billing issues
- Assist customers in person – walk ins
- Process several types of taxes
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Other duties as required
Qualification:
- Experience with call center work
- Previous data entry experience
- Reliable
- High School Diploma or GED
- Moderate computer skills
- Moderate level research
- Problem-solving/Reasoning
- Clear communication skills
- Able to type 60 – 65 wpm – Required
- Able to type 5000 kph on 10 key data entry – Required
