Express is looking for a Workforce Development Specialist!
Location: Johnstown, PA & Surrounding Areas
Pay: $16-$18 per hour
This position requires regular travel to schools and child care facilities to provide on-site support.

Key Responsibilities of the Workforce Development Specialist
• Support the growth and implementation of ECE workforce programs
• Assist in marketing, data collection, and program compliance
• Oversee ECE job coaches and provide ongoing guidance
• Serve as a resource for apprentices, employers, and training staff
• Travel to various schools and child care centers to offer hands-on support
Qualifications of the Workforce Development Specialist
• Associate’s degree or equivalent in child development, education, or a related field
• Two years of relevant experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
