Responsibilities of the Financial Analyst:
• Conduct comprehensive labor cost analysis, including staffing levels, wages, benefits, and labor efficiency.
• Analyze labor costs and performance against budget and forecast to ensure financial targets are met.
• Assist with the reconciliation of labor-related accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Develop financial models and reports to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with management to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis as needed to support business operations.
Qualifications of the Financial Analyst:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Experience in labor cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and financial software (e.g., ERP systems, BI tools).
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
