Hours: 7:00AM to 3:30PM 25 to 40 hours the goal is for this job to turn into a full time position.
Job Description:
- Interact with Customers
- Order and Purchase parts and materials
- Pricing of Completed jobs and invoicing
- Clerical duties to include answering phones, accounts receivable and accounts payable in QuickBooks, quoting customers
- Organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Customer Relations
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations
