Visual and gauge sort of extruded aluminum rails, brackets, etc. checking for presence, hole location and size in parts that could be 30’ in length or shorter and less than 50lbs. Lift assist available. Working in a segregated area. Some rails have 151 holes..
- Examine Manufactured products, to ensue the parts meet all standards of presentation and quality.
- Study Product Specifications and work Instructions
- Perform Visual, Mechanical and functional verification of parts to ensure compliance to set specification and quality standards
- make independent judgements
- collect and record accurate data regarding defects
- tag and isolate defective material
- provide description or justification for defective material
- complies with relevant local health and safety legislation
- must comply with local and company health and safety legislation, laws, and policies
