Hours: M-Th, 1st shift, 4-10 hours shifts, 6AM-4PM
Dress code: Nothing inappropriate, steel toes suggested, not required.
Job Description:
Detail-oriented Machine/Press Operator for plastic injection molding machines and supporting equipment. Role is responsible for operating and maintaining molding machines to ensure the production of high-quality plastic parts based off in-house training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate plastic injection molding machines.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed.
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery with team when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Record production data and report any issues to supervisors.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in plastic injection molding or similar manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Basic mechanical skills and knowledge of machine maintenance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and sit or stand for extended periods.
• Ability and willingness to pivot roles and responsibilities as needed working with small team of trained professionals.
