Hours: M-Th, 1st shift, 4-10 hours shifts, 6AM-4PM

Job Description:
Skilled Pad Printer Operator responsible for operating pad printing machines to apply detailed designs and logos onto plastic products based on in-house training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate pad printing machines for various plastic components.
• Adjust machine settings to ensure accurate print alignment and quality.
• Inspect printed products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of pad printing equipment.
• Keep work area clean and organized, adhering to safety protocols.
• Record production data and report any issues to supervisors.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience with pad printing or similar printing processes preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Basic mechanical skills and knowledge of machine maintenance.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment and sit or stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability and willingness to pivot roles and responsibilities as needed working with small team of trained professionals.
Protective clothing/equipment required: Steel toe shoes or boots, gloves when handling sharp or abrasive objects.
