Dress code: Work pants, T-shirt, work boots. Nothing offensive or inappropriate. Will be in residential homes or business.
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. With extensive experience in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, we are committed to providing top-quality service, and we’re looking for a technician who shares our dedication to excellence. In this role, you will install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems.
- Diagnoses and troubleshoot HVAC issues to ensure optimal system performance.
- Perform system inspections, testing, and preventative maintenance.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Provide expert recommendations to customers regarding repairs, upgrades, and energy efficiency improvements.
- Ensure all work meets local HVAC codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including company vehicles and tools.
- Educate customers on system operation and maintenance.

Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance.
- HVAC license or certification is a plus
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and industry best practices.
- Ability to work in a variety of environments, including rooftops, crawl spaces, and outdoor job sites.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Associates are required to have completed OSHA 10 course or will need to complete one.
