Our commercial and residential projects include both new construction and repairs/restorations. Occupied and fully operational job sites are never a problem. We can also plan, manage, and build multi-phase jobs. We are fully licensed and insured and offer over 50 years' experience in the construction industry. Our construction company has built several shopping centers, gas stations and residential housing from single family homes to housing communities.
Job Description:
Looking for someone long term, needs experience on construction sites, framing, pouring footers and foundations, operating heavy equipment, using hand tools and power tools. Must have previous construction experience, new project building experience.
- Managing day-to-day operations
- Ensuring work is done safely and efficiently
- Providing field training
- Assigning tasks
- Supply the crew with necessary tools and materials
- Supervising and coordinating construction workers, ensuring safety compliance and adherence to timeliness and quality standards.
- Operating Heavy Equipment
- Will be hands on & do manual labor as needed

- Evaluating project costs
- Collaborating with contractors
- Assessing risks
- Estimating timelines
- Ensuring projects stay within budget constraints
- Calculating costs based on labor, materials, and equipment requirements
- Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors
- Compiling detailed cost proposals for clients
- Analyzing market prices for materials and labor
- Interpreting plans and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates.
