Job Full Description

We are looking for a construction foreman who manages the daily operations of construction site to ensure safety on the site.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing blueprints and plans, and consulting with others to identify problems
  • Creating and maintaining schedules for crew
  • Overseeing crew and subcontractor, and ensuring safety
  • Performing inspections to evaluate progress and quality of construction
  • Ensuring everyone on the crew follows safety regulations
  • Experience operating heavy machinery
  • Experience in construction and new project building
  • Experience in framing, pouring footers, and foundation
