Job Full Description

A local plumbing supply store is looking for a counter sales representative to join their team. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers and providing prompt, friendly, and professional service.
• Assisting customers with product inquiries and finding the right products or solutions.
• Answering questions and providing information about products, services, and promotions.
• Handling customer complaints and returns in a positive and efficient manner
• Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Taking orders and entering them into the system. 
• Collecting payments and issuing receipts.
• Assisting with special orders and tracking their status
• Maintaining a clean and organized sales counter and showroom.

Experience: 

• Plumbing knowledge is a plus 
• Sales is a plus

Hours and Pay: 

• Monday through Friday 9am-5pm
• $18-20 an hour
