Customer Service and Sales Representative
Provide an exceptional experience for internal and external customers via inbound/outbound calls, chat, and/or email related to billing inquiries, payment arrangements, and orders for new, and existing services. Utilize effective listening, and open-ended questions to identify, meet, and exceed customer needs and values. Maximize revenue growth by proactively offering and promoting products and services, including but not limited to phone, internet, video, home automation, and security. Deescalate customers, and reduce churn by resolving customer concerns related to products, services, or experiences with the company. Support other internal departments as needed. Placing and scheduling service orders for residential customers for new services and changes to existing services. Logging trouble tickets. Other duties as assigned by management.
Taking applications for new service with emphasis on maximizing the sale of all products and services, including but not limited to telephone, video, internet, security, Assisting customers with changes to existing services with a priority on the upselling of products. Answering customer inquiries regarding monthly statements and assisting customers with payment arrangements.

Work location is in Charleston (Daniel Island) BUT Training is in Moncks Corner
Monday - Friday: Training for approximately 3 weeks 8 am -5 pm; actual work schedule 9 am - 6 pm.
$17 - $20
