Position Overview:
As a Senior Site Work Estimator, you’ll be responsible for accurately estimating costs for sitework and utility projects. You’ll collaborate with project teams, evaluate subcontractor bids, and ensure competitive pricing to support our company’s growth.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for sitework and utility projects
• Analyze project specifications and drawings
• Evaluate subcontractor quotes and material costs
• Collaborate with teams to submit competitive bids
• Improve estimating processes
• Build relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
• Guide junior estimators
Requirements:
• Experience in earthwork and utility estimating
• Proficiency with HCSS HeavyBid or Bid2Win, AutoCAD, or Trimble Business Center
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Results-driven, with a focus on high-quality project outcomes
