Job Description:
As a Floral Bed Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, planting, and maintaining flower beds that enhance the aesthetic appeal of our clients’ landscapes. You’ll work closely with our design team and clients to create seasonal floral displays that are colorful, healthy, and sustainable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and install floral beds based on seasonal considerations and client preferences
- Select, plant, and care for a wide variety of annuals, perennials, and bulbs
- Maintain existing beds by weeding, deadheading, fertilizing, and mulching
- Monitor plant health and address issues like pests or disease promptly
- Collaborate with other team members on broader landscaping projects
- Ensure work sites are clean, safe, and professionally presented
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in landscaping with a focus on floral or garden bed design
- Strong knowledge of plant care, soil conditions, and local climate requirements
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in various weather conditions
- Creative eye for color, texture, and layout
- Ability to lift 30 pounds
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
