A company in Greenville is seeking to hire a Branch Manager to join their team!
1st shift, Mon-Friday, 8am-5pm
Salary ranging from 60k-80k/yr.
Looking for someone that has excellent leadership, communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
Must have proven experience in Branch Management or similar role. Strong knowledge of Water, sewer, and storm water construction materials and their applications. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software systems.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Operations Management
- Supervise daily operations of the branch, including receiving, stocking, and shipping of materials.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Optimize operational efficiency and workflow processes.
- Sales and Business Development
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Help identify business opportunities and market trends to expand customer base.
- Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and supervise branch staff, including sales representatives, warehouse personnel, and drivers.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities.
- Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of products to meet customer demand.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize losses and optimize inventory turnover.
- Customer Service
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
- Compliance and Safety
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Promote a culture of safety and adherence to safety protocols.
