Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is actively seeking Technicians for a restoration company in the Chapin area. This role offers full-time hours with compensation ranging from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, depending on experience. The technician will assist lead technicians in completing restoration projects. This position requires working in hot and dusty conditions and often outdoors.
Key responsibilities of this position include:
-Demolition, cleanup, and setup of drying equipment
-Setting up containment areas and performing decontamination
-Cleaning, organizing, and preparing company vehicles and job sites
-Demolition and debris removal of drywall, flooring, and more
-Carrying out general labor tasks
Qualified candidates must:
-Have prior experience in general labor, construction, HVAC, or plumbing
-Possess a valid drivers license
-Be capable of meeting physical demands, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
-Have a strong employment history
-Be proficient in using hand tools and power tools
-Maintain a flexible schedule with the ability to work long hours
-Be a self-starter and comfortable working independently
