Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join a reputable company specializing in civil construction projects, including municipal water and sewer systems. If you are a dynamic leader with a proven track record in construction management, this role offers the opportunity to oversee complex projects and lead teams to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform estimate takeoffs for Water/Sewer and other civil projects.
Review subcontractor bids, negotiate contracts, and manage material suppliers.
Supervise project staff and subcontractors, ensuring budget controls for supplies, equipment, and labor.
Oversee daily field documentation, including safety logs, inspection reports, and as-built documents.
Approve progress schedules and maintain organized project files.
Conduct toolbox talks, field safety inspections, and create progress schedules.
Collaborate with Operations Manager to execute project schedules, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Review and approve timesheets, material lists, and payment applications.
Oversee material procurement and delivery schedules in coordination with the Asset Manager.
Conduct quality inspections for project close-out and final punch lists.

Qualifications:
Strong background in Civil Construction, specifically municipal water and sewer projects.
Experience with AIA contract documents and civil construction estimating.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Docs, Dropbox, Adobe Acrobat, and MS Project.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, maintain budgets, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Leadership qualities with a focus on teamwork, professionalism, and client satisfaction.
Prior experience in Construction Management is required.
