Job Full Description
Express employment is now hiring a Fulfillment Support Specialist for a construction company located in Lexington. This is a long-term position with pay ranging $17.00 - $18.00 hourly. This hours for this role are Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm.
Job duties:
-Create project documentation
-Provide consistent communication and customer service to customers to keep them informed of their pre-construction and/or in-progress construction status
-Assist with the preparation of finish sales proposals, contracts, renderings, and presentations in conjunction
-Creation of 2D and 3D computer aid design drawings, which could include floor plans, elevations, sections, details, perspective drawings and renderings
-Facilitate 3D renderings adjustments during finish appointments
-Receive and inspect incoming materials, verifying quantities and quality
-Assist with loading and unloading trucks
-Keep warehouse clean and organized, following safety guidelines and best practices
-Handle material returns, and process paperwork as needed
-Maintain showroom samples in a workable and organized manner.
-Provide support and assistance to other interdepartmental team members as needed
Job requirements:
-High school diploma or GED, associate's degree preferred.
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in programs of similar size and scope
-Great time management skills
-Problem solver
After a probation, the role would finalize into either the management role or the specialist role based on performance.
