Express Employment Professionals is seeking skilled Welders and Fabricators to join a reputable team in West Columbia. This full-time position offers consistent hours and a competitive wage, with the opportunity to contribute to equipment repairs and rebuilds.
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (with a 30-minute lunch break)
Starting Pay: $21.00 per hour
In this role, you will be responsible for performing various welding and fabrication tasks, utilizing tools like plasma cutters, torches, and MIG welding equipment. Accuracy in reading blueprints and measurements is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work orders to complete tasks as specified.
- Perform MIG welding to fabricate, modify, and repair components for various types of equipment.
- Follow project specifications to ensure work meets required standards and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in using plasma cutters, torches, and MIG welding equipment.
- Ability to accurately read blueprints, measurements, and work orders.
- Experience in fabrication, modification, and repair of equipment components.
