Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Tumbler Operator to join our dynamic team in the Ridgeway area. This position offers consistent Monday to Friday shifts and a competitive hourly rate of $18/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with plant start-up to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Perform quality control by inspecting finished products and removing any defective items that do not meet company standards.
- Stack and sort concrete pavers on elevated pallets, occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
- Support other areas of the plant as needed.
Physical & Environmental Conditions:
- Stand for extended periods (8-10 hours) on a concrete floor.
- Work in varying temperatures and be exposed to noise and dust.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required, including safety shoes, hard hats, and ear & eye protection to ensure your safety.
