Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish.
Schedule tasks and manage project timelines to meet deadlines.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other industry standards.
Coordinate labor requirements and dispatch workers to construction sites.
Supervise and direct workers, including subcontractors, to ensure smooth operations.
Review and interpret plans, contracts, and project specifications to ensure accurate execution.

Prepare and submit budget progress reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
At least 2 years of experience in the construction industry, with supervisory experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and resolve issues quickly.
Clean driving record and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
