Location: Lexington, SC

Hourly Rate: $16 per hour.
Are you an experienced quality professional with a commitment to precision and excellence? We are seeking a dedicated Quality Technician to join our team and contribute to our company's continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate incoming product inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Perform final inspections (dock audits), identifying and reporting noncompliance issues.
Provide support across all departments by initiating, documenting, and effectively communicating nonconforming issues.
Lead cross-functional teams in the resolution of nonconforming issues and drive continuous improvement.
Gain cross-functional expertise by being trained in all aspects of the department.
Maintain and organize departmental documentation to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the quality field or a related discipline.
Solid understanding of ISO 9001:2015 standards and their application.
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Demonstrated customer service orientation, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs when required.
Schedule & Compensation:
Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM 4:30 PM.
Hourly Rate: $16 per hour.
