Job Opportunity: Insurance Specialist
Salary: $20-24 per hour
Location: Lexington, SC
We are looking for an experienced Insurance Specialist to join our dynamic team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in the insurance industry, especially if you've worked with an independent agency. As an Insurance Specialist, youll be responsible for both selling and servicing home and auto policies for new and existing customers. You'll have access to warm leads and referrals, making it an ideal environment to grow your client base and build lasting relationships.
Responsibilities:
Client Servicing:
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues quickly.
Conduct policy reviews to ensure clients' coverage meets their evolving needs.
Assist with policy modifications, claims processing, and billing inquiries.
Sales Generation:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the client base.
Educate clients on various insurance products and tailor solutions for them.
Conduct sales presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.
Policy Administration:
Process new insurance applications accurately and efficiently.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and policy information.
Collaborate with underwriters to ensure seamless policy issuance and administration.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in the insurance industry. Preferably experience with an independent agency.
Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Excellent communication skills and detail-oriented work ethic.
Schedule:
Monday Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (1-hour lunch)
