Express is now hiring for a leading textile mill specializing in manufacturing products for conveyor belts. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team and help us expand our operations. Position Overview:
Entry-Level Production
Pay: $14 - $14.50 per hour (starting)
Responsibilities: Tie knots, move bobbins, and prepare materials for the weaving machine
Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand, bend, crouch, climb, and walk for the entire shift.
Tools: Use of ladders and scaffolding up to 4ft to reach the top of the rack
Environment: Concrete floors, noisy machinery (earplugs provided)
Shifts:
Day Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Night Shift: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM (midnight)

Job Requirements:
Must be able to tie a knot (training provided)
Must handle repetitive work
Ability to lift and move bobbins up to 10 lbs
Strong attendance: must show up on time and work consistently every day

Dress code: no loose clothing, open-toed shoes, or long nails. Hair must be tied back.
