Express Employment is now hiring for a construction laborer for a renovation company located in the Chapin area! This company specializes in repair and demo from water and fire damage.
The schedule of this role would be need open availability to be on call, with compensation starting at $15-18 an hr.
Job duties would include:
Establish and maintain a schedule to ensure all services are performed in a timely and efficient manner
Respond to losses and initiate water mitigation
Communicate with customers regarding scope of work and necessary paperwork
Document all related information of loss including notes, sketches, and equipment counts
Fire Damage-board up, structure stabilization, smoke cleaning & pack out
Water Damage-extraction, drying, minor demolition & pack out
Trash removal
Requirements include:
Frequent travel within South Carolina territory - Company vehicle & hotel covered.
Valid Driver's License with safe driving record
Ability to pass a drug and background check
Able to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
Team player who can also work independently
Professional communication skills (Verbal and Written)
Comfortable with being on call in weekly rotation
