Express Employment Professionals is seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers for a leading restoration company in the Newberry area. This full-time opportunity offers competitive compensation between $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, based on experience. As part of the team, you'll assist lead technicians in completing various restoration projects, with the chance to grow and develop your skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with demolition, cleanup, and setup of drying equipment
Set up containment areas and perform decontamination procedures
Clean, organize, and maintain company vehicles and job sites
Perform demolition and debris removal, including drywall, flooring, and more
Carry out general labor tasks as needed to support the team
What Were Looking For:
Prior experience in general labor, construction, HVAC, or plumbing
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Strong work ethic with a reliable employment history
Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
Flexibility to work long hours as required
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
Working Conditions:
Must be comfortable working in hot, dusty, and sometimes outdoor environments.
