Customer Experience Representative
Starting pay $16-17 DOE
Contract-to-hire
Location: Myrtle Beach, SC
Schedule:
Monday to Friday availability with Saturdays
40-45 hours
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers in-person, via phone and email.
- Assist customers and fabricators with their needs.
- Effectively label products.
- Maintain and update records for accuracy.
- Organizing file records for customers and fabricators.
- Provide homeowners and customers with product information.
- Create online orders.
EXPERIENCE
- Customer Service/Sales/Marketing
- Detail oriented
- Ability to follow direction and work autonomously
