Restoration Technician

Our client is seeking motivated restoration technician for immediate hire. The position entails repairing and restoring various structures that have been damaged by fire, water, or other disaster.
Responsibilities:
- Removal of non-salvageable building material
- Clearly communicate job details to customers
- Equipment set up and monitoring
- Content cleaning, manipulation and boxing
- Create Sketch and scope sheets
Qualifications:
- At least a year of experience with restoration
- Knowledge of proper use equipment, materials, and supplies used in residential construction work
- Draw accurate sketches and complete flood report and scope sheet
