Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Rock Hill, SC
Pay: $16/hr with a $3/hr bonus if you work the full 40 hours
Hours: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday (7pm-7am)
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operator. As a Gambini/Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the overall quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers and consumers. This position offers opportunities for growth from entry-level to advanced levels.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain machinery, including logging saws, embossing, perforation, changeovers, core winding, gluing, and preparing new rolls.
- Ensure quality control and production standards are met.
- Perform line layouts, troubleshooting, and waste reduction.
- Maintain general housekeeping and safety standards.
- Lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous machining experience preferred but not required.
- Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to quality and safety.
