Job Title: Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift
Location: Fort Mill, SC
Pay: $30/hr
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician III to join our team for the 3rd shift. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead other service technicians, design solutions for difficult problems, manage outside contractors, and be on call for emergencies. This role requires handling multiple projects and daily activities while meeting timelines and developing plans to accomplish departmental and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor other service technicians.
- Design and implement solutions for complex problems.
- Manage and coordinate with outside contractors.
- Be on call for emergency situations.
- Handle multiple projects and daily activities efficiently.
- Develop plans to achieve departmental and operational goals.
- Perform all duties (repair, corrective, projects, and PMs) urgently but safely.
- Develop and recommend changes to proactive programs to increase machine uptime.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems.
Maintenance Technician Expected Results:
- Perform all duties in an urgent, yet safe manner.
- Increase machine uptime through proactive program changes.
- Efficiently install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems.
Maintenance Technician Experience Required:
- Promote and conduct good housekeeping practices.
- Highly self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Customer-centric approach.
- Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; two-year Technical Mechatronics degree preferred.
