Tiffany joined Express Employment Professionals in September 2020, bringing with her a strong background in customer service and relationship-building from years in the restaurant industry. Her natural ability to connect with people quickly translated into success in the fast-paced world of recruiting and staffing.

She spent her first two years running the Office Services desk, where she specialized in placing skilled office professionals into long-term roles. Her dedication to understanding both client needs and candidate potential helped her build lasting partnerships and a reputation for excellence.

In February 2022, we launched the Specialized Recruiting Group within our office, focusing on Professional Placements in Accounting, Finance, and Office Services. In Tiffany’s first year, she was recognized as Rookie of the Year, a testament to her drive, expertise, and commitment to delivering top-tier talent—from entry-level Accounting Clerks to C-suite executives

Since joining the team in September 2024, I’ve been soaking up knowledge every day and loving the energy here. Our leadership does an amazing job of building a supportive, motivated crew—and it truly shows in how we work together.

I come from a staffing background, but this role is a whole new level. Helping clients find the right skill sets and getting people into jobs they love is what drives me. There’s nothing better than seeing someone land a role that fits just right!

Outside of work, I’m a proud plant mom with over 50 leafy companions at home. Tending to them is my peaceful escape—it quiets the mind and brings me joy. I’m also a beach lover and try to sneak away a couple times a year to soak up the sun and recharge.
