Facilities Maintenance Technician
Location: Spartanburg, SC
Pay: $18-$22/hour
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to handle day-to-day maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs at our Spartanburg facility. The ideal candidate will perform general facility upkeep, light plumbing, and basic preventive maintenance tasks while utilizing an established work order system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general facility maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct light plumbing repairs as needed.
- Execute simple preventive maintenance (PM) tasks using work order systems.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or related field.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing and general repair techniques.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance processes and work order systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
