Job Full Description
Our client in Duncan is looking for a Shipping Coordinator!
Shift: Monday- Friday, 3PM- 11PM. Must train on 1st shift (7AM-3PM)
Pay: $18.50
Duties:
- Perform SAP functions to ensure proper advanced shipping notice (ASN), invoicing, payment terms, PRO numbers or tracking.
- Schedule carrier pick-ups through web-based portals, email or phone calls for all applicable customers as needed.
- Main resource for shipping information involving domestic, export shipments and expedited freight.
- Perform analysis on missing freight, missing shipments, incorrectly delivered product, incorrect payment terms and communicate status with the other team members
- Process all paperwork and/or electronic data entry required to support all customer and billing requirements.
