Furniture Loader/Delivery Driver
Location: Spartanburg, SC
Hours: Monday-Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Sundays off & one rotating day off during the week)
Pay: $16 per hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Furniture Loader/Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading furniture for deliveries, delivering furniture to customers' homes, and providing excellent customer service throughout the process. Additional responsibilities include assisting in arranging the showroom with new furniture, working in the furniture warehouse, and performing basic furniture assembly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload furniture for deliveries
- Deliver furniture to customers' homes in a timely and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service during all stages of the delivery process
- Drive a box truck safely and efficiently
- Lift and move furniture up to 50 lbs
- Assist in showroom display setup and organization of new furniture
- Perform basic furniture assembly as needed
- Maintain a clean driving record and follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work Monday-Saturday (with Sundays off and one rotating day off during the week)
