Job Full Description

Location: Duncan, SC 

Pay: $22-25/hr 

1st shift, CNC Set-Up 

Responsibilities: 

• Set up and operate CNC lathes, including loading programs and adjusting machine settings.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to ensure accurate machining.
• Install, align, and secure tooling, fixtures, and workpieces.
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
• Make necessary machine adjustments to maintain part quality and tolerances.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following company safety policies.
