Apartment Maintenance Technician
Location: Union & Woodruff, SC (Split between two properties)
Pay: $20/hr
Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM On-Call: Required for after-hours emergencies
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining the physical condition of our residential communities, ensuring they remain in top condition through both preventative and corrective maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and repairs on apartment units and property facilities.

Handle plumbing tasks, including toilets, faucets, and piping repairs.

Conduct electrical work, such as lighting, wiring, and handling 240-volt systems.

Execute carpentry work, including both interior and exterior repairs.

Repair and replace sheetrock as needed.

Conduct painting for units and common areas.

Perform routine inspections and identify maintenance needs.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency calls.

Maintain accurate records of work performed.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Requirements:

Experience: Prior experience in apartment maintenance required.

Skills: Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, sheetrock repair, and painting.

Tools: Must provide basic tools necessary to complete job tasks.

License & Insurance: Valid driver’s license, proper automobile liability insurance, and dependable transportation.

Certifications: HVAC certification preferred.
