What is the opportunity?
Interested in the construction industry but aren’t sure how to get started? If so, we may have the job for you. We are looking for an entry-level Backup Blower Technician to join the team of a growing regional Insulation Contractor.
How will you spend your time?
- Start each day receiving your work assignments, and loading your materials, and needed equipment.
- Operate Blower machine
- Ensure the Blow machine hose doesn’t kink, feed material into the machine, and ensure even distribution of the product.
- Access areas where insulation is needed such as attics, walls, and crawl spaces.
- Use the Blow machine to remove loose insulation
We are excited about you if you have the following?
- Work history of good performance, reliability, and job longevity.
- Good basic math and measurement skills
- Good English communication skills.
- Full physical ability to meet the varying demands of the job.
What do you get in return?
- Work Schedule: 6 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday work.
- Starting Compensation, Blow Technician: from $18 hr. with opportunity for raise after completed training
