Job Full Description
What is the opportunity?
- We are hiring a Property Manager to manage a couple of Apartment and Condominium complexes in Sioux City, IA.
How will you spend your time?
- In this role, job duties will include managing all aspects of property operations, including tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and lease administration among other responsibilities.
- Conduct regular property inspections
- Oversee maintenance requests and coordinate with vendors and staff
- Implement Marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones
- Address tenant concerns promptly and effectively
- Effectively manage 2-4 staff employees
We are excited about you if you have the following?
- 2+ years of Property Management job experience with good job performance and longevity.
- Previous experience in Real Estate or Leasing Consulting is a plus
- High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, ability to problem solve, good written and verbal communication skills, and time management skills
- Full physical abilities (flexibility, mobility) to perform job duties.

- This position is from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday to Friday
- Starting Compensation: DOE
