Yard Worker - $15 per hour

 

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Yard Worker for a local lumber company in Sweetwater, TN

 

Yard Worker Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain various tools and equipment to move, stack, and transport lumber
• Inspect lumber for defects and sort according to grade
• Assist with loading and unloading lumber from trucks and railcars
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

 Yard Worker Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
• Ability to operate various tools and equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
• Attention to detail and ability to identify defects in lumber

Yard Worker Shift:

• 1^st shift
• Full-time
• Overtime if necessary
