Smokehouse Operator - $15.50
Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Smokehouse Operator for a local meat company in Lenoir City, TN.
Responsibilities:
Smokehouse Operator responsibilities:
• Check all smokehouses and chillers are in working order.
• Check the product before loading to ensure it is correct.
• Loading of smokehouses to cook with the required amount based on the day's schedule.
• Tracking and documenting information needed on the chart.
• Performs work as assigned by the department supervisor.
• Must be able to work as part of a team.
• Must work to safety requirements.
Packer Qualifications:
- Qualified candidates should have previous heavy industrial experience - lifting to 45 lbs during the shift.
- Qualified candidates should be comfortable being on their feet for 8 - 12-hour shifts.
Packer Shift:
- 4:30 pm start time. 8–12-hour shifts.
- M-F
- Overtime if needed
