Extruder Operator - $18-$19/hr
Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Extruder Operator for a leading plastics company in Loudon, Tn.
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Extruder Operator to join our team at a leading plastics company located in Loudon, TN. As an Extruder Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining extrusion equipment to produce high-quality plastic products. This is a 2nd or 3rd shift schedule with some overtime as needed. Must train on days.
Responsibilities:
- Operate extrusion machines and equipment to produce plastic products according to company standards and specifications
- Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure product quality and production efficiency
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure production goals are met
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 years of experience operating equipment in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
Extruder Operator Shift:
- 3rd shift (12am-8:30am)
