Job Full Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Offer troubleshooting and problem resolution for hardware, software, and system issues.
- Performs basic diagnosis of systems repair and training issues.
- Answer and address incoming calls, emails, or service tickets from drivers or office staff requesting assistance with ELD tablet and mobile app.
- Determines whether the ELD tablet should be routed into a shop for repair.
- Communicate with drivers, Fleet Operations, and other departments requesting system to be routed to shop for repair.
- Ensure all technical issues are fully documented, including steps taken for resolution via Fresh Service.
- Provide timely and accurate support to minimize user downtime.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and support.
- Ensure proper attendance and punctuality to support efficient and cost-effective department operations.
- May include other duties as assigned by management.
KEY KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- High-school diploma or GED
- Call center experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Electronic Logging Devices preferred.
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in computer-based programs (e.g., Windows, Internet Explorer).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse personalities and backgrounds.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to provide detailed and accurate reports.
- Professionalism in collaborative environment.
