Job Full Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Offer troubleshooting and problem resolution for hardware, software, and system issues.
  • Performs basic diagnosis of systems repair and training issues.
  • Answer and address incoming calls, emails, or service tickets from drivers or office staff requesting assistance with ELD tablet and mobile app.
  • Determines whether the ELD tablet should be routed into a shop for repair.
  • Communicate with drivers, Fleet Operations, and other departments requesting system to be routed to shop for repair.
  • Ensure all technical issues are fully documented, including steps taken for resolution via Fresh Service.
  • Provide timely and accurate support to minimize user downtime.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and support.
  • Ensure proper attendance and punctuality to support efficient and cost-effective department operations.
  • May include other duties as assigned by management.

 

 

KEY KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

  • High-school diploma or GED
  • Call center experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Electronic Logging Devices preferred.
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in computer-based programs (e.g., Windows, Internet Explorer).
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse personalities and backgrounds.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to provide detailed and accurate reports.
  • Professionalism in collaborative environment.
