JOB DESCRIPTION
This position is focused primarily on onboarding new hires, processing new payroll information, and other administrative tasks to support the Human Resources department. The position requires excellent communication skills as the selected candidate will be working with supervisors and candidates at various sites. Candidate must be proficient with computers and possess the ability to learn new applications quickly. Experience working with unions is a plus but is not required.
QUALIFICATIONS
At least two years of professional administrative support
At least one year of Human Resources experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel
Professional communication skills (verbal and written)
SCHEDULE
Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
STARTING PAY
$20-22/hour DOE
A raise and fully-paid medical benefits are available after the probationary period as well as a 401(k), and paid vacations and holidays
