NOW HIRING – Supervisor
We are looking to hire a Supervisor in the Cookeville, TN area. Pay is $23-25 an hour with 1st Shift Available
Responsibilities:
-Responsible for overseeing a team of production workers, including training new hires, evaluating performance, and providing feedback.
-Plan and organize production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
-Ensure that employees comply with health, safety, and standard operating procedures.
-Identify opportunities for improvement and drive initiatives to increase productivity.
Skills:
-Proven experience in a relevant field
-Ability to work independently and motivated
-Prioritization and time management skills
-Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail
-Consistent work history
- 3 Years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting
